These guys here are great. For a southside of Santa Fe Apartment complex, this is wonderful. Yes it's close to a hwy, but the grounds are always nice and kept, it's remarkably quiet, and the staff are incredibly helpful. I really can't see myself living in a better area. I literally walked in one day and was greeted with smiles all around and knew it was the place.

I am sad to see the summer come to an end. I have used the beautiful pool here all summer as therapy for a bad back. It is so clean and relaxing. I love the way the saltwater feels on my skin. The staff here works hard to provide a clean friendly place to live. Hats off to my "hero" Mario for keeping the pool so clean and fixing the spa so I could use it.

Rancho Carrera Apartments has beautifully maintained landscaping, an attentive maintenance crew, helpful and friendly leasing office staff, and clean, attractive apartment rentals with helpful amenities such as air conditioning, washer/dryer and a fireplace.

Lived here for two years. Great place to live. I felt very safe in this home. Staff were wonderful and understanding the entire time I was there. The landscape was always stunning and kept. Jason my neighbor next to me was a really nice and polite guy, very quiet and respectful. I’ve never felt unsafe for me or my girlfriend, unlike other places I have lived. Maintenance was insanely quick and polite.

We have enjoyed living here, the place is relaxing and beautiful. The staff is friendly, they love being there for their residents. The events they host are always fun, we had a wine and cheese event that we enjoyed! Great place for everyone to live at including dogs!

This is a well-maintained property. The people that live here are very friendly and welcoming, a real sense of community. The office and maintenance staff from my experience have been amazing. Very proactive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. In addition, its location is really good for getting on I-25 or NM-599.

Love them! Complex is very nicely maintained with beautiful green grass, Nice Outdoor pool/hot tub. Neighbors are friendly, complex is consistently calm and quiet! Apartments are quite spacey, include microwaves and washers/dryers!
